Clinical Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Analyst with experience in Meditech to support and optimize clinical systems at a Cedar County Memorial Hospital. This role focuses on improving clinical workflows, enhancing Meditech functionality, and ensuring the system supports high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to troubleshoot, train, and optimize clinical applications.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:
• System Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance Meditech EHR functionality, ensuring it supports hospital workflows and clinical operations.
• Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with clinical staff to evaluate and improve workflows, recommending Meditech updates as needed.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training for staff on Meditech systems and provide ongoing user support.
• Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical teams to improve system efficiency and align with hospital goals.
• Data Management & Reporting: Assist with data integrity, reporting, and compliance for quality improvement initiatives.
• Project Participation: Support Meditech-related projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of Meditech experience, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Meditech systems, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Clinical background preferred.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time, with potential for on-call support.
