Drug Testing

Cedar County Memorial Hospital is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees. To help ensure a safe and healthful working environment, each applicant to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required as a condition of employment to undergo a substance test. Applicants will be asked to read the policy and sign a Pre-Employment Offer and Employee Consent to Drug Screening.

Benefit Information

We offer health insurance and paid life insurance to full and part-time employees. We also offer a hospital match retirement program for full-time employees. Voluntary plans available during open enrollment include dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability plans, AFLAC policies, medical care reimbursement plan, dependent care reimbursement plan, and additional life insurance for full and part-time employees. Earned time off, which includes vacation and sick leave, are also a part of the benefit package for full and part-time employees. Holiday pay is also a part of our benefit package for full-time employees. We offer competitive wages and sign on bonuses may be included for some positions.
