Spirit of Remembrance

Join us for a lighting ceremony on Monday, November 30 at 5:00 PM at Cedar County Memorial Hospital

The Spirit of Remembrance lights will shine throughout December in memory and honor of the loved ones who won't be with us this Christmas. Before the lights come on, the names on our remembrance list will be read. Add a name to this list with a donation of $10 or more. Download Memorial Submission Form

Names will also be posted on our website and in our lobby through the end of the year.

All proceeds benefit Cedar County Memorial Hospital Most Urgent Needs Fund.

To add a name, download it here, or stop by the hospital front desk Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm for a form
and return it with your donation or mail to 1401 S. Park, El Dorado Springs

To donate online use the link below, type "Lights" in the note section and add your memorial information.
