Senior Life Solutions is a Geriatric Intensive Outpatient Program dedicated to addressing the emotional and behavioral health needs of older adults suffering with one or more of the following:

Crying
Coping with Loss
Hopelessness
Decreased Energy
Loneliness
Feeling overwhelmed
Adjustment to change
Difficulty Sleeping
Restlessness
Low Self-Esteem
Sadness
Loss of enjoyment

Senior Life Solutions provides emotional and behavioral health treatment services including: individual, family and group therapy, medication management, health education and support, individualized evaluation and treatment planning, discharge planning and after-care, in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Senior Life Solutions is a supplementary therapy and as such will work with each patient's primary care provider to ensure the highest level of continuity of care and collaboration.

Senior Life Solutions program staff includes a Medical Director who is also a board certified Psychiatrist, Licensed Therapists, LPN and other trained professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. A doctor's referral is not necessary.

If you know someone who might benefit from our program contact us today! Provide the individual's name, date of birth, contact information and reason for the recommendation. We will take it from there, reaching out to the individual to discuss their symptoms, offer support and treatment options.
