Signing up for the Patient Portal is Easy!Visit our registration office at Cedar County Memorial Hospital or call 417-876-3258. A clerk will be happy to help you. The process typically takes a minute or two. Then, proceed to the verification steps below.
Verification
You will receive a verification email from donotreply@cedarcomem.com This login link is only valid for 24 hours. If it expires before you are able to validate it please call us.
You will be prompted to log in with a one-time username and password and immediately be directed to create your own login.
