El Dorado Springs, MO (February 10, 2026) — Cedar County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Williams, FNP-BC to its medical staff. Williams is now providing primary care services at the CCMH Medical Mall Clinic and hospitalist coverage at Cedar County Memorial Hospital.
Williams is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of advanced practice experience and 34 years of overall nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University in 1991. There, she tends her horse and rescue donkeys in the barn, plays with her many rescue dogs, plants in the garden, or nurtures plants in the greenhouse with the same attentive care she brings to her practice. She also enjoys painting and singing, having previously performed as an accomplished solo vocalist.
Many area residents may remember Williams from her time at Nevada Family Medical Clinic, where she provided family medicine from 2015 to 2022. Most recently, she has worked with Mercy Clinic Family Medicine and in various specialty roles, including orthopedic trauma care.
"With her experience and well-regarded reputation, Katie Williams is a welcome addition to our medical staff," said BreAnn Jackson, RN, Chief Nursing Officer at CCMH. "Many families in our area already know and trust Katie from her years of dedicated service in Nevada, and we are delighted she has chosen to practice in El Dorado Springs."
Through her practice at the CCMH Medical Mall Clinic, Williams provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages. Her scope of practice includes preventive care, management of chronic conditions, acute illness treatment, health maintenance, and wellness counseling. In addition to her clinic responsibilities, Williams serves as a hospitalist, providing inpatient care for patients admitted to Cedar County Memorial Hospital.
"I'm looking forward to serving patients in El Dorado Springs, reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new ones," Williams shared. "I believe in taking time to truly understand each patient's unique health needs.
