Carla Gilbert, CFO/Interim CEO Carla Gilbert began her career at Cedar County Memorial Hospital in 1981 as an evening receptionist & Medicare billing clerk. Through the years she has advanced to the positions of office manager, Controller, Director of Finance and finally, Chief Financial Officer. She currently also serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Carla earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. Her deep institutional knowledge spanning over four decades, combined with her proven track record of leadership across multiple departments, makes her an invaluable asset to Cedar County Memorial Hospital. |

Mandi Jordan, Executive Assistant Mandi Jordan joined CCMH with more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience in Materials Management and as a hospital Executive Assistant at another local rural hospital. She is born and raised in this area, and a graduate of Cottey College in Nevada, MO. She is known for her professionalism and attention to detail in all situations. Mandi shares that she is glad to be a part of the small but mighty team at Cedar County Memorial Hospital. |

BreAnn Jackson, RN BSN – Chief Nursing Officer BreAnn Jackson has been part of Cedar County Memorial Hospital for more than a decade, starting her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant and growing through roles as LPN, RN, Nurse Manager, and Director of Nursing. Today, as Chief Nursing Officer, she leads clinical operations across all CCMH facilities, focusing on compassionate, high-quality care and regulatory excellence. BreAnn combines hands-on experience with a strong educational foundation to ensure patients receive care with integrity and respect. |
