Carla Gilbert, CFO/Interim CEO I have been employed with Cedar County Memorial Hospital for 42 years. I began working with CCMH as an evening receptionist & Medicare billing clerk. I advanced from this position to an office manager for the general surgeon. I attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Business Management. I was promoted to Controller, Director of Finance and now I am the Chief Financial Officer, and serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer for Cedar County Memorial Hospital. |

Mandi Jordan, Executive Assistant Mandi Jordan joined CCMH with over 20+ years of healthcare administration experience. She most recently worked as Director of Materials Management for seven years at a small rural community hospital, and also has ten years experience as a hospital Executive Assistant. She is born and raised in this area, graduating from Nevada High School and Cottey College. She is happy to be a part of the small but mighty team at CCMH! |

BreAnn Jackson, RN BSN – Chief Nursing Officer Responsible for ensuring the clinical aspects of CCMH operations run smoothly and that patients are served with compassion, respect, and integrity. Develops and implements procedures, policies and best practices to support high standards of care. Assists with the development and monitoring of clinical departmental budgets. Oversees regulatory compliance initiatives. Recruits, assists in training initiatives, and oversees nursing staff within all CCMH facilities. Oversees daily clinical operations of the organization and monitors patient acuity and clinical staffing. Collaborates with department leads, providers, and administration to ensure high quality standards are met. “I began my career at Cedar County Memorial Hospital over a decade ago as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.)/Unit Secretary. Since that time, I have continued my education to support the progression of my healthcare career, most recently being a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. My ever-evolving practical experience and my educational achievements have been paramount in supporting my healthcare career goals. I have worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg & ER Departments, Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and am currently serving as CCMH’s Chief Nursing Officer.” |

Michaela Robertson, AP/ Payroll I'm currently in school for accounting. I enjoy solving problems and analyzing data/reporting. I process payroll and accounts payable for Cedar County Memorial Hospital Administration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters and we love traveling. |

Pam Tadlock, Insurance & Medical Staff Credentialing Pam coordinates credentialing data for enrollment, contracting, and onboarding of individual providers with insurance and government payers. Additionally, she is responsible for all provider, hospital and clinic credentialing and re-credentialing; maintenance of Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) account database for providers. She collects and maintains required documentation for providers and maintains a database to track this information. Pam has worked in this field for 30+ years. |
