Med Mall Manager
CCMH has a full-time position opening for a Med Mall Manager. This position will be responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial leadership of the clinics. Position will provide oversight for compliance (including policies and procedures), program evaluation, operational improvement initiatives, patient care-plan development and implementation, revenue generation and strategic business plan development to achieve improved outcomes, office efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.

Core Processes and Activities 1) Oversight of operations, compliance, and budget. 2) Assist clinic managers with general management of on and off-campus clinic practices in the following areas: Review of: Clinic schedules, overtime report, and patient volumes, Management of: Policies and procedures, profit and loss statements, charge capture and denials, internal statistical data, clinic supply orders and costs, quality reporting, maintaining CPR and other licensures on file for staff positions that require such. 3) Develop, review, and update internal clinic policies and procedures; implement SOP’s and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and other 3rd party regulatory agencies. 4) Direct, manage, and work closely with Clinic Managers on strategic projects in areas such as patient flow, patient satisfaction, practice volume, billing and collections, service utilization, coding, physician and staff training. 5) Develop and implement training programs and maintain efficiency for providers and staff with respect to the HER; serve as the HER resource for the clinics and as a liaison for other technology-based projects. 6)Charge capture and denial management (identifying obstacles and opportunities for improvement). 7) Clinic risk management (work to mitigate risk of non-compliance). 8) Encourage professional growth of providers and staff through regular training and educational workshops and successful implementation of resources, tools, Relias courses, CME opportunities and other educational materials. 9) Collect internal data and monitor statistics for office, inpatient, observations, swing bed, nursing home visits, surgeries, payer mix, and influenza reporting. 10) Act as on-site supervisor for Cedar County Family Clinic for all clinic staff. 11) Promotes a positive, open-door work environment for all clinic staff and fosters a positive working partnership between clinics and hospital ancillary service departments

Required Qualifications/Skills/Abilities: 1) associate degree in business or healthcare related field; RN or LPN licensure (preferred but not required). 2) Advanced skill level and experience in administrative duties with 2-3 years in a supervisory role. 3) Working knowledge of Critical Access Hospital status and compliance requirements strongly preferred. 4) Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work with patients and their family members, personnel, vendors, and support agencies. 5) Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. 6) Broad working knowledge of RHC processes, protocols, and regulatory compliance. 7) Must be well-organized, adept at prioritizing work assignments, and have high emotional maturity. 8) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PP), Acrobat, and EMR systems.
