Lead Maintenance Technician
CCMH has an opening for a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician in our Maintenance Department. This position will be responsible for oversight of safety protocols; tasked with directing facility maintenance, building projects and renovations, installing equipment and office furniture, managing building/remodeling/construction contractors, overseeing security, ensuring compliance with OSHA and conducting regular site inspections.
Duties and responsibilities for this position will include 1) Negotiating contracts with service providers and venders and equipment maintenance and maintenance contracts; 2) Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors and/or team of security professionals; 3) Day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring that maintenance orders are performed accurately, efficiently, and expeditiously; 4) Responsible for all regulatory agency reports as well as reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff; 5) Collaborate with upper management on budgeting for facility needs; 6) Oversees the maintenance department and delegates tasks to staff with follow-up to ensure completion of those directives. Qualified candidates will have strong organizational, prioritization and leadership skills, advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems; proficiency in OSHA regulations as it pertains to facility; keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to safely and effectively use equipment and tools required to complete job duties.
