Visitor Information
Visitors are encouraged to visit friends and family members. Please see visitation guidelines for specific departments below. Hospital visitors and outpatients are asked to use the main hospital entrance Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After hours, Monday through Friday 5pm-8pm and on the weekend visitors must enter through the emergency room entrance.Visiting Hours
Daily between the hours of 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.
Inpatient
Only two visitors are allowed in a patient’s room at any given time. Inpatient visitors are asked to remain in the patient room throughout the visit, except for entry and exit of the facility.
●Certain visitation exceptions may be permitted for patients with special needs (development delays, inability to speak for themselves, times when medical decision making is needed outside of normal visiting hours, or life-altering news occurring outside of normal hours).
●Patients may have one adult visitor stay overnight at the discretion of the charge nurse.
●Parents with custody or unsupervised visitation rights, legal guardians and other persons "standing in loco parentis" to be physically present with minor child during the duration of their hospitalization
●CCMH may require the caregiver to follow infection control and safety measures; provided that such measures are no more stringent than required for facility employees. Visitor will be instructed by nursing staff on what PPE is appropriate
Emergency Department
●Two visitors will be allowed to enter into the building with the patient.
●Minor patients are permitted to have parents or guardians present with them while they are receiving care.
Medical Mall Clinic
●Medical Mall Clinic patients are permitted two visitor to accompany them for the entirety of their visit.
Outpatient Services
●Patients entering the hospital for outpatient services are permitted two visitors for the entire visit.
●Outpatient observation patients will follow inpatient guidelines for their hospitalizations.
Specialty Clinic and Surgery
●Specialty Clinic are permitted two visitors to accompany them for the entirety of their visit.
●Surgery patients are permitted two support persons for their visit; no visitor will be allowed in the operating rooms.
