At Cedar County Memorial Hospital, our Outpatient Infusion & Wound Care Clinic offers advanced, physician-directed care for patients requiring specialized treatments outside of the hospital setting. We are proud to serve our community with a wide range of services designed to promote healing, manage chronic conditions, and reduce hospital admissions—all in a comfortable, accessible environment.

Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Additional appointments available as needed by physician order

Infusion Therapy Services
Our infusion team provides safe, personalized care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Treatments are administered by experienced registered nurses in coordination with your provider. Services include:
Anti-inflammatory and Steroid Injections
Anti-nausea and Pain Management Medications
IV Antibiotic Therapy for infections requiring extended treatment
Biologic Medication Administration – including IV, IM, and SQ therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
Immunoglobulin Therapy (IVIG) for immune deficiencies
Iron Infusions for anemia
IV Fluid Hydration for dehydration and electrolyte imbalances
Outpatient Blood Transfusions (available anytime as needed)
Port and PICC Line Maintenance – flushes, dressing changes, and site care
Therapeutic Phlebotomy for hematologic conditions

Common conditions managed include:
Rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis
Multiple sclerosis, CIDP, lupus
Chronic infections, immune deficiencies
Iron-deficiency anemia, osteoporosis
Post-surgical recovery and supportive therapies

Advanced Wound Care Services
Our wound care team specializes in treating chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds using evidence-based protocols and advanced therapies. We treat:
Arterial ulcers and wounds related to poor circulation
Diabetic foot and leg ulcers
Pressure injuries and venous stasis ulcers
Surgical wounds and radiation-related wounds
Traumatic injuries, burns, and skin graft sites
