Cedar County Memorial Hospital Swing Bed program
Home, it is the place where we all want to be. Sometimes, we are not able to return home after an acute hospital stay and we need a little help getting back there. That's where Cedar County Memorial Hospital's Swing Bed program comes in. At CCMH our swing bed program allows you to be close to friends, family, and neighbors all while receiving the care you need before returning to the place where our heart is, home.
