Cedar County Memorial Hospital offers a variety of surgical procedures, gastroenterology procedures, minimally invasive procedures and interventional pain management procedures on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

Our Surgery Department includes:

●An Operating Room Suite
●Endoscopy Suite (GI lab)
●Yag Laser Room
●Comfortable, semi-private patient areas for pre/post op same day surgery care.
●Four bed post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) adjacent to the operating room and GI suite staffed with Registered Nurses.
●Fully operational Pain Management Services within the Surgical Department.
●Sterile Processing

We are proud to offer to the community and surrounding areas with:

●General surgery with Jeremy Stayton, MD, FACS including open and minimally invasive procedures.
●Upper and lower endoscopy procedures with top providers Russell Kemm, DO and Dr. Stayton
●Orthopedic surgery for orthopedic injury, ligament and tendon repair.
●Pain Management Services including pain epidurals, radio frequency ablations and many more with Wallace Ralston, DNP, CRNA or Garrett Myhan, CRNA, NSPM-C.
●Podiatry Surgical Procedures with Ethan Knowlton, DPM.

All procedures are elective and on a scheduled basis.
